The flavors are truly smokey with a middling amount of heat – dump on copious amounts for a nice glow!

I find the spice truly compliments dishes with cheese, sweet potatoes, sausage and beans. It is exceptionally nice when added to my wife’s 7 layer “Mexican” bean dip.

The only downside this spice has is in its packaging… there’s no shaker lid under the cap.  So… be careful when applying the spice as a shake to your food or you may get more heat than you bargained for!
