Barbara’s Jalapeno Cheese Puffs

These are pretty tasty after the first handful.  The initial bites seem a tad too heavy on the garlic/ onion and light on heat and cheese.  After a few bites the flavor smooths out and the taste is nice but…

We never get any real heat.  It is a sad thing thing. But for whimps, it might make them feel ‘strong’!
